And the LORD said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth-gilead?
And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner.
And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him.
And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith?
And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.
And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.
Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil concerning thee.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-2
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
2 Thessalonians 2:11-12
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
We must understand that Satan, the Devil, is a deceiver. He persuaded many of God's angels to follow him in a revolt against the Almighty.
Satan, and now, his angels intent is to persuade mankind by deceit, to have them to doubt the words and promises of God which he sent by his ancient prophets, Jesus Christ and his apostles.
Belief is one of the most powerfulest things that we possess, but should be disciplined by practicing and having an open mind. There are always at least two or more perspectives to all things.
Now if Satan, by deception persuaded angels in heaven to rebel against God, who are we to suppose that we are wiser than angels to escape such power of deception? What to believe has become a very challenging question in many hearts.
Acts 17:29-31
Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.
And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
Pestilences and world wide fatal diseases
Many lives have been lost due to contracting deadly viruses; While people are dying, millions remain in doubt with no hope
Great earthquakes ; Famine ; Volcano eruptions
Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth. Mass food shortages in the earth
Wars and rumors of wars ; distress of nations, with perplexity
Many people are confused not having the ability to cope with or understand the distress of tribulations.
Hatred and murder are troubling the world: Many are afraid to travel
Tsunamis ; Sea and the waves roaring
Hurricanes, tornados and earthquakes underneath the oceans.
Sudden storms from nowhere producing mass floods bringing death and destruction to thousands.

The Call to Repentance
Once truth is presented to us, it will lead us into more truth. But if we resist the truth, the alternative is lies.
The bible says that Satan is a liar, and the father of lies.
Believing in God's truth will bring us into the pathway of receiving eternal life which Satan lost as he and his angels was rejected from God's heaven.
Understanding the predicted signs that have been given in Holy scripture, through the study of world history will help us to interpret and discern the time we are living in, as relating to the very end-time.
If we turn a deaf ear or close our eyes in denial of the signs that are facing us in this generation, the day of the Lord's return and the final judgment of all mankind may come upon us in an unaware state of mind. It's the administration of the true prophets of God.
When we travel on most roads and highways, we see signs that direct us to the desired destination of our journey.
So likewise, God had chosen and ordained men of ancient times, prophets, to foretell and forewarn the nations of the end of this world, and the beginning of a new age.
They predicted by giving visible signs of events that would be taking place throughout the entire earth to prove that the end was very near.
Hundreds of years later, Jesus Christ and his apostles confirmed these prophesies.
Through receiving God's Spirit, we will continue to understand the times that we are living in today.
Matthew 24:3-5
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
John 16:13
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth:
For he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak:
And he will shew you things to come.
2 Corinthians 11:14-15
And no marvel;
For Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness;
Whose end shall be according to their works.
